TOKYO CREPE GIRL

It's crepe not PRATA. it is one of the most famous dessert in France. (okay, i just found out that France celebr8s eating crepes on Feb 2, a holiday commonly known as the Day of Crepes.) it inot too light, yet not too heavy to fill your stomach. They usually had it with lemon juice/butter&sugar.

TCG. eventually, it is where i landed up working as now. it is called Tokyo Crepe Girl becus crepe eventually began famous in Japan with it's different variety. adding chocolate, strawberry, mushroom, cheese, fresh cream, ice cream and whatever u can think of! furthermore, the chef that invented TCG's crepe recipe is the guest patissier from JP.

He has 10 years of culinary career in london yadayadayada... i overheard some girls conv, commenting that he's super cute and he look like "Qiu Zhe". even Gf that kuku say if he's here today she will buy more crepes from me. . . . .    as if..

Chocolate Banana crepe

Mix Berry~

don't you just wanna try it?! heh. a customer even commented that this is the best crepe in the world. lol. but i think he over exaggerated la.

i realized Caucasians usually request for less almond and Asian usually request for less cream. butttttt, our cream here is less fat! it contains only 8% of sugar! it taste kind of milky IMO. But together with the toppings(whatever it is), it taste fab!!!! I remembered my first time trying Mix Berry(which consist of Strawberries, whip cream, berry sauce, and ice cream), the sweet and tart fusion of the berries, whip cream and together with the ice cream wrapped inside a toothsome crepe that Kohta came out with is definitely scrumptious.

Working there is definitely fun 2!

there's even free food from our friendly and generous neighbor sometimes.

Yesterday, they gave us this fish shape thingy in the morning. i ate the brown one. it's chocolate flavor with custard(i think) and banana inside. yummyyyyyyyy! Dave said it's called tai/tei in jap? can't remember! anyw, it means red fish(according to him).

andddddd
Takoyaki(octopus balls) from Gindaco after work.. it taste a bit different from the usual takoyaki that we had before, in Sg. Just looking at the queue everyday.. do u need me to say more!? the other time i wanted to try it, i q-ed for like 10 mins!

okay. gr8 food. it makes me fat when im trying to lose those unseen fats. byebye.
